What types of tickets are available?
For the Staatsloterij TeamNL House, you can choose from an adult, youth, or MIVA (accessible) ticket. All of these provide access to the public areas of TeamNL House. In addition, Olympic Club hospitality packages are available for purchase in the ticket shop.
Are hospitality packages available?
Yes. At the Staatsloterij TeamNL House in Milan, the Rabobank Olympic Club will also open its doors. Here, hospitality packages are offered so you can enjoy a fully catered experience during opening hours. Hospitality tickets can be purchased online via the ticket shop or upon request via olympicclub@papendal.nl.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, if tickets are still available, you can also buy them at the door in Milan. However, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to ensure entry on your preferred day.
How many tickets can I purchase per order?
You can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per day per order for each TeamNL House day during the Olympic Games.
What is the ticket price?
- Regular ticket: €34.50 incl. VAT + €2.50 service fee
- Youth ticket (ages 3–12): €22.50 incl. VAT + €2.50 service fee
- Olympic Club packages: €237.90 incl. 22% Italian VAT + €2.50 service fee
- Children under 3: Free
Can I buy a season pass?
No, season passes are not available for the Staatsloterij TeamNL House during the Olympic Games in Milan.
What steps do I follow when purchasing tickets?
- In the ticket shop, select your preferred ticket type and number of tickets per day.
- Create an account, log in to an existing account, or complete your order without an account.
- Complete payment (iDEAL, Mastercard, or VISA).
- You will receive a confirmation email with a link to personalize your tickets.
- After personalization, download your tickets in the TeamNL Huis app.
How do I personalize my tickets?
You’ll find a personalization link in your confirmation email. You can also log in to the ticket shop and go to My Account → Orders.
Does every ticket need to be in a unique name?
Yes. Each ticket must be personalized with a unique name and email address for that day.
Exception: Children up to and including 12 years old do not require personalization.
How do I personalize the other tickets in my order?
Via your confirmation email or My Account → Orders in the ticket shop:
- Click “Claim” to personalize your own ticket
- Click “Share” to send a personalization link to others via email or WhatsApp
Tickets for children up to 12 do not need personalization.
Can I undo ticket personalization?
Yes, this can be done via My Account in the online shop (not in the app). Changes may take up to an hour to become visible.
How do I download my tickets?
Tickets can only be downloaded via the TeamNL Huis app. Tickets become available after personalization is completed.
How do I get my tickets into the app?
- Personalize your tickets
- Click the download link
- Download the TeamNL Huis app
- Click the download link again to add tickets to the app
Already have the app? Tickets will be added automatically.
My tickets won’t download — what should I do?
Make sure all tickets in your order are personalized. Check via My Account → Orders or the confirmation email link.
When will my tickets appear in the app?
Immediately after personalization.
Note: The QR code activates only on the day of your visit.
What if I have multiple orders?
You only need to download the app once. Use the download link from each order to add tickets.
I’m not the main booker — can I still use the app?
Yes. After personalizing your ticket, follow the same steps to add it to your app.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what now?
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact teamnlhuis@teamnl.org.
For which days can I buy tickets?
TeamNL House is open February 6 – February 20, 2026, from 16:00 – 01:00. Entry is possible until 00:45.
Is my ticket valid all day?
Yes. After first entry, you receive a wristband allowing re-entry that same day. Your ticket can only be scanned once and is valid for one person.

Can children enter?
Yes. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+. Evening programs can reach sound levels of 102 dB, so hearing protection is advised.

When are athlete celebrations held?
Celebrations are scheduled only after medals are won. Timing depends on competition schedules and athlete availability. Updates are shared via the TeamNL Huis app.

Italian and Dutch-inspired menu options including pasta, focaccia carpaccio, fries, croquettes, bitterballen, and pizza snacks. Vegetarian options available.

Prohibited Items

Can I cancel my tickets?
No cancellations or refunds. Tickets can be reassigned or resold via the official resale platform.

Paralympics
There will be no TeamNL House in Cortina during the Paralympic Games. A private celebration for athletes and partners will take place after the closing ceremony on March 15.

What are the opening hours?
During the Olympic Games, the Staatsloterij TeamNL House is open daily from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The TeamNL House will be open from February 6 to February 20, 2026.
What is the location of the Staatsloterij TeamNL House?
The Staatsloterij TeamNL House in Milan will be held at the Superstudio Più event venue, located in the southwest part of Milan at Via Tortona. The Milano Speed Skating Stadium is 13 km away, and the Milano Ice Skating Arena (where short track events will take place) is 8 km away.

Can my children come in too?
Yes, children are welcome at the Staatsloterij TeamNL House. However, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 21 or older. During the day, everyone can watch TeamNL athletes perform in the house. In the evening, during the celebrations and entertainment, the noise may be loud (up to 102 dB). We recommend bringing hearing protection for yourself and your children.
What can I expect in the Staatsloterij TeamNL House?
From opening time, you can watch TeamNL athletes in action on large screens and enjoy their performances with other Dutch fans. Throughout the day, a wide variety of food and drinks will be available, and you can participate in (digital) sports activities or visit the merchandise shop for TeamNL fan items. In the evening, various artists and DJs will perform, with the lineup being announced at the end of 2025. Of course, TeamNL athletes will also be celebrated for their exceptional achievements!
When will TeamNL athletes be celebrated in the TeamNL House?
Celebrations in the TeamNL House will only be scheduled after an athlete wins a medal. The exact timing of the celebration will depend on the final results, the location of the medal, and the athlete’s schedule. We will proactively communicate the celebration details via the TeamNL app during the Games so that all visitors are well-informed.
Can I store my bag/jacket in the Staatloterij TeamNL House?
There are lockers available in the Staatsloterij TeamNL House for jackets and small bags, as well as a staffed cloakroom. Larger luggage cannot be stored during your visit.
How can I pay for food, drinks, and merchandise during my visit?
You can pay for everything in the Staatsloterij TeamNL House using your own payment cards (debit, credit).
Are there first aid facilities?
There is a first aid station in the Staatsloterij TeamNL House for medical emergencies. You can always visit during opening hours for assistance or questions.
Are there things I can not bring into the Staatloterij TeamNL House?
Visitors are not allowed to bring pets, glassware, plastic, cans, fireworks, food, drinks, alcohol, drugs, weapons, umbrellas, banners, flags, or any other potentially dangerous objects or objects that may cause noise disturbances into the Statatsloterij TeamNL House.
Where can I find information about the Staatsloterij TeamNL House during the Paralympic Games?
Due to the limited number of athletes, there will not be a Staatsloterij TeamNL House in Cortina d'Ampezzo during the Paralympic Winter Games. However, the achievements of our athletes in orange will still be celebrated. More information will follow at a later time.
Can I receive tickets for the Staatsloterij TeamNL House as a direct Family & Friends of a TeamNL athlete?
